This 20-day program has been created to help you understand the significant impact the food you're eating has on your health and well-being, for better or worse. Finally and most importantly you are not going to do this alone because the members only, private Facebook group will provide you the support you'll need for those moments when you think what's one piece of pizza, a bowl of pasta or a bagel going to hurt, because there will be many other people thinking and feeling the same thing and together you will remind each other why you are doing this.

I'm not going to sugar coat this (pun intended) and tell you it is going to be easy. It's not. It's hard. Really hard. But, I promise you that for every day you don't give in, give up or out and out quit you will quickly come to the realization that your will is stronger than you thought.
